Do you ship outside the United States?
We do not currently ship outside the continental United States. All European orders should be placed with www.StreetSurfing.ch. If you reside in North America but are outside the continental US and would like to place an order, please email info@streetsurfing.com and a Street Surfing representative will get back to you.
What is the difference between The Wave and The Wave, Ripple?
The Ripple is specially designed to meet the needs of a younger rider. It is proportionally smaller than The Wave in length and width, allowing the rider to have a narrower stance to match their riding needs. The Wave, Ripple offers the same great maneuverability and allows for even tighter turns. Find out more about the Ripple here.
How do I change my wheels on THE WAVE?

THE WAVE board has front and rear flexible panels that are controlled by a spring-oriented torsion bar. It has only two wheels, which are both free to rotate 360 degrees. THE WAVE is self-propelled by twisting your hips and shoulders back and forth in an S-shape motion.
THE WAVE board only takes a few minutes to learn. After a few hours, most riders become proficient. If you have any trouble, check out our Learn More page and our Videos.
THE WAVE is built with high quality components. The platforms are made of a virtually indestructible ABS plastic. THE WAVE board has a steel torsion bar that never wears down. Wheels have been selected based on a tenuous balance of durability and traction.
Can I replace the wheels on THE WAVE board? What size do I need?
Yes, you can replace your own wheels. THE WAVE wheel size is 77mm 85A. All bearings are ABEC 5. We suggest buying your replacement wheels at TheWave.com store because Street Surfing wheels have been specially designed for The Wave. The average roller blade wheel will wear down faster than Street Surfing wheels.
How do I check the status of my order?

they will retrieve your order status and tracking numbers if available and
respond back via email.

Is the hi-tide made by Street Surfing?
The hi-tide board was designed by the Street Surfing team especially for Walmart. It has a different look than The Wave, but uses the same high quality parts.
