Q: Will this in-service cover only one class period or will you have a full-day program?

A: Our instructor will partner with you to teach each of your P.E. classes on their scheduled day.

Q: Skateboards are not permitted on our school grounds, how have you dealt with this situation in the past?

A: Most schools, including those that have already participated, do not allow any type of boardsports or roller skating on the school grounds. However, since the program is designed to be in class participation only and students will not be permitted to use The Wave on school grounds outside of the structured class environment, over 2500 schools across the U.S. have moved forward with program participation without issue.

Q: Do I need to buy anything?

A: This is a free class aligned with your state’s physical education standards. No purchase is necessary for class participation.

Q: If we are happy with the program, will you return to conduct another in-service day with additional students?

A: Yes. We like to plan our subsequent visits about three or four weeks after the first.

Q: Should I be concerned about liability issues?

A: We carry liability insurance. We would be glad to provide you with paperwork, upon request.
