Level of Difficulty - 1
- Have your back foot just on the lip of the tail flat footed to maintain your balance.
- Your front foot should be across the front grip, towards the back of the panel.
- Slightly shift your weight backwards while slightly pressing down your back foot to lift the front (the nose) off the ground.
- Keep your weight balanced while on one wheel, trying to keep the nose up but not scraping your tail. Use your arms to help balance your weight.
